Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Senior Manager in our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily tasks among team members ensuring timely completion
  • Direct a team of process specialists responsible for invoice management
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPI), service level agreements (SLA), and turn-around times (TAT) are met
  • Efficiently handle exceptions and resolve escalations as required
  • Act as primary point of contact for issue resolution and educate stakeholders on best practices
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to drive business improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience with team leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an added advantage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA
