Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process of internal product activation sourcing via MCP businesses to ensure product availability aligns with category manager selection strategies.
  • Oversee the creation management and optimization of PRDs backend merchandising SKUs as the internal merchandising layer to ensure product data is mapped and ready for merchandising.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and stock levels align with merchandising goals supporting both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Act as the point of contact between category managers business product management teams and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product setup and alignment with demand.
  • Seek ways to continuously improve and streamline operational processes to ensure faster value delivery to customers with an emphasis on reliability and minimizing errors in product setup.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential setup issues ensuring a minimum 98% first-time-right rate for test orders and document and run retrospectives for incidents related to product reliability.
Key Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in product operations SKU management or eCommerce merchandising.
  • Proven success working with internal tools like MCP tools and fulfillment platforms.
  • Strong experience in managing product data stock availability and internal product activation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as category managers product managers and fulfillment teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketplace dashboards and BI tools.
  • Experience in handling product data and ensuring seamless merchandising processes.
  • Familiarity with printing technologies and custom print product offerings.
