Legal Analysis Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, analyzing, reviewing and negotiating various agreements such as software licenses, SaaS/cloud agreements, vendor agreements, partner agreements and professional services agreements.
  • Uploading amendments and other agreements on online document repositories ensuring master agreements are properly tagged with corresponding amendments and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The role requires experience in investment management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
