- Lead a team of designers to create high-quality visual content, including graphics, motion graphics, and animations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business needs and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in design processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in art direction, visualization, animation, or motion graphics.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in leading design teams.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating integrated thinking and strong brand building capabilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead, supervise, and execute production projects from concept through delivery.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud, with experience in Microsoft applications desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education:
- Bachelor of Fine Art or equivalent from a premier design school.
Shift Timing: 6am to 3pm and 2pm to 11pm IST, rotational on a monthly basis.
