Job TitleWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Professor in Anatomy to join our esteemed academic institution.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Anatomy for MBBS, BDS, Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Anatomy for MBBS, BDS, Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences students.
- Guide postgraduate students in advanced anatomical studies, thesis writing, and seminars.
- Develop innovative teaching methodologies including digital anatomy, simulation-based training, and cadaveric dissection.
- Design and update the Anatomy curriculum as per NMC guidelines.
- Conduct and supervise original research projects in gross anatomy, histology, embryology, neuroanatomy, and clinical applications.
- Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Guide Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students in research methodology and publications.
- Collaborate with other departments and external institutions on interdisciplinary research.
- Oversee Clinical Skills & Simulation Lab (if applicable).
- Integrate anatomical knowledge with clinical case discussions and surgical correlations.
- Promote cadaveric skill training for surgeons and postgraduate students.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MD (Anatomy) / MS (Anatomy) or equivalent recognized qualification.
- 8+ Years of teaching experience in Anatomy as per NMC / MCI norms.
- Strong academic background with evidence of research publications in indexed journals.
- Experience in curriculum development, e-learning, and modern teaching methodologies preferred.
