Transformative Data Insights Specialist

  • We are seeking a talented professional to contribute to the analysis of complex data and drive business growth.
  • This is a hands-on role that will involve utilizing technical skills to identify business issues and opportunities, providing high quality analytical input to support the development of innovative processes, and resolving problems across the organization.
  • You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality business solutions by capturing, validating and documenting business and data requirements, working closely with stakeholders to interrogate and interpret large volumes of data, and identifying, supporting and challenging business opportunities.
  • Day-to-day, you will be responsible for performing data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis, developing and performing standard queries to ensure data quality and identify data inconsistencies and missing data, developing high level operating and business models, as well as detailed process documentation and associated training materials, conducting and supporting options analysis identifying the most appropriate solutions, and articulating and quantifying business impacts in a tangible manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good data knowledge and a background in business analysis tools and techniques. We'll also look for:

  • An in-depth understanding of the interrelationships of data and multiple data domains
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
  • Good technical skills
