- Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in training on commercial real estate including deal structuring, leasing models, market trends, and client servicing.
- Conduct site inspections and visits to showcase properties to potential clients.
- Engage in business development activities including following up on leads, networking, and maintaining client relationships.
- Build rapport with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support in deal closures, proposal preparation, and documentation.
- Leverage AI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital platforms to work efficiently.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and client interactions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of prior corporate experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
