Job Summary

The Vice President will be responsible for shaping the strategic roadmap for infrastructure services across traditional, cloud-native, and hybrid IT landscapes.

This includes identifying market trends and client needs to develop relevant offerings and build reusable point solutions, IPs, and accelerators across infrastructure, cloud, and ServiceNow ecosystems.

The role also involves driving continuous innovation across infrastructure modernization, workplace efficiency, cloud transformation, and IT operations resiliency.

In addition, the Vice President will embed ServiceNow and cloud-native platforms as foundational enablers within infrastructure offerings to create differentiated value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the infrastructure market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Represent the practice in industry forums and analyst interactions
  • Mentor and develop a global bench of infrastructure, cloud, and ServiceNow architects and consultants
