Job Opportunity:

Seeking a seasoned architect with extensive experience in solutions engineering and presales, specializing in Cloud & Virtualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and propose Cloud architecture using open-source CloudStack, Virtualization, and automation technology in complex multi-tenant environments.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate our solutions and effectively communicate key differentiators.
  • Assist customers with initial product evaluations and testing to set the stage for successful implementation.
  • Connect technical project requirements with business needs, essential for this position's success.
  • Respond to RFIs or RFPs, communicating product differentiators.
  • Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
  • Manage and/or deliver technical validation activities, including Proof Of Concepts.
  • Build relationships with partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience implementing cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Thorough understanding of Cloud Technologies & Concepts, working knowledge in leading Private Cloud Platforms like VCloud, OpenStack, CloudStack.
  • Thorough understanding of Virtualization concepts (ESXi/KVM) and container technologies (Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of network and application security, infrastructure hardening, security baselines, web server, and database security.
  • Knowledge of other enterprise products and solutions (Storage, Security, Compute).
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and BoQs.
  • High-level presentation skills and composure when interacting with technical and business customers or prospects.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
  • Proven experience managing Proof Of Concept activities in the Cloud Domain.
  • Take responsibility for projects and strategic initiatives, striving for standardization and simplification.

  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
