Job Title: HR Manager - Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will support various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.

  • Employee Life Cycle Management: End-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Statutory Compliance and Employee Compensation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
  • Training and Benefits Administration: Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Relations: Manage end-to-end HR processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  2. Compliance and Compensation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies.
  3. Training and Development: Design and administer training programs that promote employee development.
  4. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, employment laws, and compensation management strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and administering training programs and managing employee benefits.
