**Electrical Design Expert Wanted**

We are seeking an exceptional electrical design professional to collaborate with our engineering teams in creating innovative technical solutions for industrial and commercial facilities.

  • Create high-quality designs for power distribution and lighting systems, taking into account the unique needs of each facility.
  • Develop complex calculations and specifications for electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Liaise with clients and project managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design power distribution and lighting systems for various industrial and commercial settings.
  • Conduct thorough power distribution and calculations, including switchboards, panel boards, transformers, wire sizing, voltage drop, conduit fill, cable tray sizing, and AIC calculations.
  • Prepare detailed design criteria, one-line diagrams, and specifications for electrical equipment.
  • Select and size UPS for SCADA systems and three-phase inverters.
  • Perform lightning and insulation coordination studies to ensure system safety.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create wiring and conduit drawings.
  • Help resolve EE-oriented Change Request Notices and Requests for Information.
  • Assist in developing construction drawings and reviewing work packages.
  • Prepare grounding and bonding plans for new equipment.
  • Maintain NAMS and cable raceway programs.
  • Oversee manufacturing, installation, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and present them to project managers and clients.
  • Analyze technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to guarantee that installations and operations meet standards and client requirements.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • Proficiency in 277/480V building services.
  • Expertise in power distribution and calculations, including switchboards, panel boards, transformers, wire sizing, voltage drop, conduit fill, and AIC calculations.
  • Experience with Motor Control Center specification, including VFDs and starters.
  • Skills in interior and exterior lighting design using Visual lighting.
  • Knowledge of MV, LV, and fiber optics cable sizing and routing.
  • Ability to perform lightning and insulation coordination studies.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing single-line diagrams and panel drawings, and schematics based on technical specifications.
  • Ability to perform electrical studies for Voltage drop, Load Flow, Short circuit, Motor starting, Protective device coordination, and Arc flash analysis using SKM / Easypower software.
  • Knowledge of UL508A, IEC, NEMA, and other relevant standards.
  • Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD Electrical, SKM, Easypower, Visual Lighting, and REVIT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong general computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Desirable experience in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical or Semiconductor Facilities Engineering.
