Project Lead Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned project lead to spearhead the delivery of high-quality projects.

As a project lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure their experience is exceptional throughout the project timeline.

  • Strong understanding of 2D/3D drawings from various disciplines.
  • Proficient in identifying design discrepancies and foreseeing potential execution risks.
  • Adept at validating and reviewing work orders, BOQs, and drawings.
  • Skilled in creating detailed project execution schedules with inter-dependent task highlights.
  • Regular site inspections and remote monitoring with quality control measures.
  • Ensure all quality and timeline requirements are met.
  • Provide technical inputs and instructions to site supervisors.
  • Update customers on project progress and timelines.
  • Act as a bridge between designers and customers during the execution stage.
  • Update project trackers and share weekly progress reports.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by following checklists and work methods.
  • Collaborate with internal functions on key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Management graduate or construction management degree from a reputable institution.
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Strong appreciation for home renovation site execution.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility and foresee risks.
  • Process-driven project management professional with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing tasks.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Prior experience in project management or operations is essential.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and possessing strong data analysis skills.
