About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team, specializing in Concur solutions. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will work closely with clients to ensure seamless support and delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients through regular touchpoints, case management, and calls, ensuring timely responses and high client satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Account Managers, and other teams, to drive effective collaboration and communication.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve client issues, working closely with Support and Product Development teams as needed.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of internal and external processes, and engaging in continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Concur solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting or support roles, with a focus on expense and invoice management.
- Strong analytical and listening skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage escalations, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including overnight hours.
