Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and procedures to ensure product excellence.
• Establish quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to measure product and process performance, drive continuous improvement, and reduce defects.
• Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, monitor quality trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, industry regulations, and company quality policies by leading a team of quality assurance specialists and inspectors, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining quality control procedures and work instructions.
2. Partnering with production, engineering, and other departments to optimize quality processes and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborating with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and supporting sales and marketing teams with quality-related documentation and certifications.
4. Maintaining comprehensive quality documentation, including procedures, reports, and records, and preparing regular quality performance reports for senior management.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
