Senior IBM Analyst Role

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our global team. As an Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in driving impactful business decisions for our clients by providing high-quality data processing and analysis of IBM license entitlements and consumption.

You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and useful feedback to our clients regarding software data analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting comprehensive and accurate technical analysis report findings to the Consultants based on usage evidence collected for IBM products.

To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical, research, organizational, issue identification, prioritization, and resolution skills. You must also be a proactive self-starter and self-learner with excellent attention to detail and flexibility in a dynamic team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ months of IBM licensing experience, performing audits or IBM licensing reviews.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, organizational, issue identification, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Responsible, accountable, proactive self-starter and self-learner.
  • Results-oriented, success-driven and excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible & adaptable in a dynamic team environment.
