**Migration Expert for Enterprise Kafka Workloads**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement scalable CI/CD processes for Kafka resource provisioning, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Design and integrate custom plugins for Kafka Connect as part of migration workflows, providing seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Build robust automated tests to cover data integrity, performance, and integration interfaces post-migration.


**Technical Skills & Qualifications:**

  • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Apache Kafka administration and migration
  • Scripting (Python, Go, Bash)
  • Kafka Connect custom plugin API, Maven/Gradle
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Monitoring/validation: Prometheus, Grafana
