Business Operations Specialist

This role focuses on assisting senior management with operational oversight, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist in process improvement, propose enhancements to streamline operations, and help manage day-to-day operational tasks.
- Reporting & Data Management: Gather and analyze operational data, track performance metrics, and provide insights to senior management.
- Risk Management & Compliance Support: Monitor and assess risks within the operations, support in implementing risk controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Project & Change Management: Execute operational projects, ensure deadlines are met, and assist in change management efforts within the operations team.
- Financial Monitoring: Track the operations budget, forecast, and identify areas for cost savings.
- Technology & Process Automation: Implement and optimize technology tools used in operations, help train the team on how to use new systems or upgrades, and automate repetitive or manual tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Effective communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and process management.
