Job Title: Social Media Manager

Gracelands is a leading real estate developer in Central India, specializing in residential and commercial plotted developments across prime locations. Over the last 10 years, they have completed more than 30 plotted township projects, backed by their core values of trust, transparency, and execution.

As they evolve and go digital, they are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to drive their digital presence and support their rapid growth journey. This role will involve working closely with and reporting to their Digital Marketing Manager.

  • Develop and maintain a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop a comprehensive social media content plan that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Create engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure all content reflects Gracelands' brand identity and storytelling.

Copywriting & Communication:

  • Write compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate, inform, and drive action.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences (investors, homebuyers, community members).

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CPL) and suggest optimizations.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
  • Build and engage with a community of homebuyers and investors around Gracelands' projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (graphic design + video editing).
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
  • An entrepreneurial, go-getter, mindset is a plus.
