Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee triaging of incidents and manage escalations in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Utilize project management tools for issue tracking, prioritization, and workflow management
  • Support quality assurance activities post-deployment to validate system stability and performance
  • Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous improvement to meet or exceed support key performance indicators (KPIs)

The Support Lead will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and automation, as well as providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members in handling complex support issues.
