Role Overview:

The Process Associate in Customer Service role at Genpact involves interacting with customers to resolve their queries and concerns, while also contributing to data collection efforts to facilitate account recovery for end-users.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers via phone or email to address their queries and concerns
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers and employers to gather information and resolve issues
  • Providing support for data collection to enable account recovery for end-users
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies to ensure accurate issue resolution
  • Reproducing customer issues and bringing up product bugs to inform product development
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (chat/email/voice)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written English language skills and neutral accent
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule (including weekends)
