As a Hardware Engineer at Landis+Gyr, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic hardware components. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Soldering and desoldering components, including chip components and ICs.
  2. Familiarity with electronic tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and LCR meters.
  3. Understanding of electronics components, including ICs, resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors.
  4. Component assembly on bare boards to complete PCBA assembly.
  5. Product manufacturing defect analysis and process improvement ideas.
  6. Analyzing and troubleshooting failures at PCBA and product levels.
  7. Configuring and maintaining test setup equipment and component inventory.
  8. Product-level testing, including functional testing, calibration tests, and EMI/EMC tests.
