The role of a Technical Writer involves creating high-quality, accurate, and easy-to-use technical content. This entails:

We are seeking a curious and persistent individual with strong collaborative skills who enjoys continuous learning and professional growth to create customer-focused content for cloud services, automation, and Network Management products.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining customer-facing best-in-class user content.
  • Producing a range of deliverables, including concepts, tasks, installation instructions, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and more.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and customer needs.
  • Analyzing specifications and product descriptions to recommend documentation approaches.
  • Focusing on the customer experience through hands-on usage of our cloud networking products.
  • Following established style and process guidelines for consistency and completeness.
  • Leading technical documentation efforts with a small number of technical writers.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years of experience producing technical content, a BA/BS in Technical Writing or related field, good understanding of technology concepts such as cloud computing and automation, and ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively.
