We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Executive and Lead Recruiter to drive our U.S. IT staffing market strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Market and place bench consultants in contract roles
* Build relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
* Lead the recruitment team and oversee hiring processes
* Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
* Negotiate contract terms and rates
**Requirements:**
* 8-12 years of bench sales and recruitment experience in the U.S. IT market
* Knowledge of U.S. visa processes (H1B, OPT, etc.)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
