Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data management, analysis, and visualization.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on employee tasks and sales performance. You will also need to coordinate with internal departments to gather data and provide insights to the managing director on a monthly basis.

Your duties will include:
  • Designing and implementing data management systems using Google Forms and Google Data Studio.
  • Creating interactive dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio.
  • Developing automated systems using Google Apps Script to streamline data collection and reporting.
  • Building email campaigns and personalizing bulk mail using Google Sheets.
  • Maintaining data integrity and ensuring data quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Data Studio and Google Apps Script.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
