Detail-Oriented Architectural Drafter Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Architectural Drafter to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating conceptual sketches and architectural specifications into detailed, construction-ready drawings using advanced CAD software. They will also ensure that all designs are compliant with building codes and regulations, safe, and of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform Vision into Reality: Use your expertise in CAD software to translate conceptual ideas into detailed drawings.
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality: Apply your knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure all designs meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our team of architects and engineers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical (MEP) plans into a cohesive design.
  • Drive Project Efficiency: Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations to support project planning and procurement.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Use your analytical skills to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with Revit or other BIM software is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • Soft Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: An Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
