Graduate Business Development Trainee

This is a graduate trainee position focused on Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Key responsibilities include vendor invoice processing, indexing and matching to ensure accurate payments.
- The successful candidate will be able to handle large volumes of invoices during peak periods, such as month-end closures.
- They will also perform two-way or three-way matching to verify invoice accuracy.
- In addition, they will set up new vendors in our accounting system and provide support for vendor mailbox services.
- Other key tasks include posting intercompany payables and preparing wire transfer requests.
To deliver these objectives, the successful candidate will work closely with our finance team to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documents.
Key skills required for this role include a bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting, 0-2 years of AP experience, strong knowledge of basic accounting and AP processes, proficiency in MS Excel and excellent attention to detail.
We are open to considering candidates who can work rotational shifts, including evening shifts. The company offers a shift allowance and cab facility for employees working non-traditional hours.
