About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop electronic products at EMS, ensuring the quality of electronic manufacturing processes and optimizing the supplier base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop electronic products at EMS, with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Evaluate and improve electronic manufacturing processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  3. Rationalize the supplier base, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic sourcing plans and implement effective procurement strategies.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions.
  6. Develop strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  7. Implement and manage IT tools such as SAP to streamline procurement processes.
  8. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IT tools such as SAP, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
