Counselor Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counselling Associate to join our team at Collegedunia. As a Counselling Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students throughout their entire study abroad journey.

• Counselling and coaching students to help them achieve their academic goals
• Liaising with various stakeholders within the company to ensure seamless communication
• Working on internal CRM tools and consultant portals to streamline processes
• Resolving issues related to university finalization, application filing, and student support
• Achieving and maintaining student sales targets

• 0-1 years of experience in counselling is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Graduate in any discipline
• Enthusiastic and result-oriented
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
