Digital Content Authoring Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Authoring professional to join our team. As a key member of our content creation unit, you will be responsible for creating and publishing high-quality digital content that meets the needs of our clients.

This role involves developing and implementing content management strategies to ensure consistency and quality across all digital channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop targeted content solutions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating existing content management systems (CMS) to ensure seamless content publication and workflow management. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with client guidelines and standards for websites, including SEO and GA optimization.

You will manage workflows to route content to stakeholders for review and approval, ensuring timely publication and minimizing delays. Responsible for maintaining content governance policies, including version control and content archiving, to ensure proper content management throughout its lifecycle.

You will also provide technical support to content authors and editors, troubleshooting issues with the CMS platform, providing training on CMS features, and resolving content-related issues.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content management, with good knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Good understanding of any Content Management Systems (CMS platforms – dotCMS, WordPress, Drupal), its components, advantages, and website structures, web layouts, template design, etc.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
