Job Title: Penguin LLM Trainer

At People Prime Worldwide, we are seeking a skilled Penguin LLM Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for training and fine-tuning large language models to achieve optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training strategies for LLMs using various programming languages and tech stacks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-powered workflows, leveraging internal AI platforms like ALAN.
  • Work closely with talent network experts to source and manage vetted global talent for model training and deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality, annotated training data for AI labs, including major clients like OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and Meta.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field, with a strong grasp of APIs, data formats, and logical thinking.
  • Native or professional proficiency in French Language is required.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
