You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive security program to safeguard information assets and technologies. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining security architectures, as well as leading the development and execution of security awareness and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust information security strategy to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.">
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.">
  • Lead the development and execution of security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organisation.">
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.">
  • Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimise impact and prevent recurrence.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.">
  • At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity.">
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs in a complex, multi-platform environment.">
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.">
  • Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations, and incident response.">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.">
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.">
