This role is a blend of HR responsibilities and front office management, requiring excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and strong organizational abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment process handling
  • Front office operations management and visitor assistance
  • Interviews and onboarding process coordination
  • HR records and employee documentation maintenance
  • Call, email, and general administrative task handling

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in recruitment or front office management preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative tasks efficiently

Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners only. We are located at Tower A, Phase-II, Spectrum Metro Mall, Noida.

Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA
