Chief Financial Officer

The Finance Director is responsible for producing timely and accurate financial reports for statutory purposes.
- Lead the preparation of periodic financial reports, balance sheet documentation, and ad hoc analyses.
- Plan, organize, and review activities of the accounting team, including accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, and cash management.
- Collaborate with FP&A and Global Finance to provide support for planning initiatives through financial analysis and management information, reports, and recommendations.
- Ensure all internal controls and procedures are in place and effective.
Certifications: Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant are desired.
Professional experience: A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multi-site environment, with international operations experience and full-cycle accounting team management.
Key Competencies: Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to foster employee growth and development, decision-making skills, initiative, autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, organized, rigorous, and adaptable.
