Job Title: Financial Professional

Opportunity Overview:

This exciting opportunity seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our accounting team as a Financial Professional.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Preparing Financial Reports: Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports for various stakeholders.
  • Updating Cash Flows: Ensure that all cash flows are up-to-date, actual, and forecasted.
  • Preparing Investor Reports: Create and submit periodic investor reports as required.
  • Providing Tax Information: Lead in providing tax information until finalized.
Reconciliations:
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts and balance sheets.
  • General Ledger Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts with balance sheets and other accounts.
  • Forecasted NOI vs Actual Reconciliation: Reconcile forecasted net operating income (NOI) with actual NOI.
  • Investigating Accounting Irregularities: Investigate accounting irregularities, mistakes, or potential fraud.
Cash Management:
  • Accounts Payable Processing: Submit accounts payable and process payments.
  • Expense Reimbursement: Calculate reimbursements for various expenses.
  • Distribution Processing: Process distributions as required.
Corporate Data Collection:
  • Corporate Filings: Prepare and submit corporate filings for all entities managed.
  • Data Gathering: Collect data for backup or additional information/support.
  • Payment Research: Conduct payment research as required.
  • Financial Gatherings from Investments: Gather requirements from investments such as insurance, K1s, and their financials.
Technical Skills:
  • Excel: Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • QuickBooks: Experienced in using QuickBooks for financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Sage Inacct: Familiar with Sage Inacct for financial management and reporting.
