Job Title: Strategic Data Platform Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Data Platform Manager to play a critical role in shaping and managing data products across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategy, backlog, and roadmap for data platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Partner with architects and developers to design scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for offshore delivery, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Define and track key performance metrics for data platform products.
  • Drive adoption and usability of Snowflake-based solutions.
  • Support Agile/Scrum environment, facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in data-focused projects.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data pipeline design.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms; Snowflake expertise is essential.
  • Solid grasp of ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and quality standards.
  • Prior experience in building and launching data platform capabilities or products.
  • Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airflow, or Fivetran is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a distributed team setting.
  • Experience working in hybrid or offshore delivery models.
