Job Summary

Are you a skilled Biomedical Engineer with experience in eQMS implementation? We are seeking a professional to collaborate with medical device and healthcare companies, deploy eQMS solutions, and provide clinical application support.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent. Prior exposure to medical devices, hospital equipment, or clinical applications is required. The ability to train, mentor, and support healthcare professionals is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying eQMS solutions for medical device and healthcare companies.
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for healthcare professionals and client teams.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in compliance standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Providing clinical application support and liaising with hospitals, laboratories, and device manufacturers.
  • Gathering customer feedback and working closely with product & engineering teams to support feature improvements.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
  • Prior exposure to medical devices, hospital equipment, or clinical applications.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks: ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, MDR (preferred).
  • Ability to train, mentor, and support healthcare professionals with clarity.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (to engage medical professionals and regulatory staff).
