Technical Leadership Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled engineer to join our team as a Technical Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating the foundational backend services that form the backbone of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Build: Develop scalable, reliable, and efficient backend services that meet rigorous performance standards.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship through exemplary code, design documents, and thoughtful code reviews.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Tackle challenging technical issues in distributed computing, large-scale data processing, and overall system architecture.
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of designing and building complex, large-scale distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in backend development, including system architecture, data modeling, and API design.
  • A strong bias for action and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
  • Experience with modern cloud and data infrastructure is essential.
