The role of Senior Manager Legal Contracts at Illuminati Humanista Solutions is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a full-time on-site position located in Chandigarh. As part of our team, you will be responsible for legal document preparation, consulting, compliance, and managing daily legal affairs. Key responsibilities include corporate law expertise, industry experience, contract lifecycle management, drafting, and review.

Responsibilities:

• Corporate Law Expertise:
  • Extensive experience in corporate laws, specializing in SaaS agreements, IT agreements, software licensing, hardware procurement, support and maintenance agreements, and global partnership contracts.
  • Strong proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, including arbitration and dispute resolution.
• Industry Experience:
  • PREFERRED experience in the Media and Content industry.
  • Expertise in media contracts, content licensing, and distribution agreements.
• Contract Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversight of end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, redlining, negotiation, and abstraction.
  • Accurate contract summarization, storage, and compliance tracking.
• Contract Drafting & Review:
  • Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, including:
  • NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT service agreements, software and technology licensing agreements, vendor license & maintenance agreements, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Contracts based on pre-agreed precedents and guidelines.
• Contract Management Platforms:
  • Expertise in implementing and maintaining contract management processes and platforms across industries.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensuring all contracts adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Monitoring and regulating contractual obligations to mitigate risks.
• Team Coordination & Management:
  • Leading and coordinating with a team to identify requirements, manage deliverables, and resolve legal issues.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive legal database and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Developing and delivering training modules to upskill team members.
• Project Management:
  • Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for contract management-related queries.
  • Working closely with in-house legal and business teams to ensure seamless operations.
• TAT and SLA Management:
  • Monitoring and managing Turnaround Times (TAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely contract execution.
  • Tracking performance metrics and enforcing adherence to contractual deadlines.
  • Independently managing live projects and providing legal solutions to any contract-related concerns.
