About the Role:
The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the welfare, safety, and discipline of athletes and staff residing in the hostel. This involves managing daily hostel operations, maintaining a positive living environment, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hostel operations, including food services, cleaning, and maintenance;
- Maintain a positive living environment, promoting respect and teamwork among residents;
- Address any concerns or issues that may arise, providing support and guidance as needed;
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless integration of services and programs;

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop further skills.
