Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Flavorist to join our team at B4S Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in the food and beverage industry, with expertise in sensory evaluation and product innovation.
- Develop new, innovative flavors that meet customer expectations in terms of quality and price.
- Collaborate with our Quality Control team to approve first-time production products.
- Assist in solving raw material and manufacturing problems, both internally and externally.
- Maintain quality standards as per FSSAI, FEMA, and FDA guidelines.
- Work closely with Product Development Managers to manage documentation and new product demonstrations across multiple categories.
