Sex Therapist Job Description:

At RxMen, we are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Sex Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping individuals overcome challenges related to their sexual and psychological health.

As a Sex Therapist at RxMen, your passion for this field combined with your therapeutic expertise will enable you to support clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discovery Calls & Client Engagement (80% Sales-Focused):
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients and establish rapport to build trust.
  • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and demonstrate how they align with the client's goals.
  • Therapeutic Support (20% Therapy-Focused):
  • Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on the client's needs while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with our team of therapists to ensure a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress.
  • Assist in continuously improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings by providing feedback on client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
