Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Development: Develop, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Customer Support & Training: Serve as an instructor, delivering expert-level training sessions to international clients on Flutter app development.
  • Team Training: Train fellow team members as required, ensuring all training sessions are of the highest quality and executed flawlessly.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Capture feedback from every session and student, updating the database and sharing it with senior management for review.

Customer Interaction:

  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication, diction, enunciation, and delivery skills to effectively interact with international students.
  • Use of Online Platforms: Experienced in handling online meeting and delivery platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and well-versed in using Google suite applications.

Session Management:

  • Scheduling and Delivery: Organize and deliver sessions for students after onboarding and training, maintaining proper communication with students and parents to ensure excellent customer service.

Collaborative Work:

  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with other instructors on group projects, supporting the effective delivery of training.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
