Job Opportunity: Interior Design Consultant

 

  • As a Lead Designer, you will work with a set of HomeLane customers from initial consultation to order booking and design finalization.
  • You will collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and provide them with the best design solution for their home, including quoting, detailed designing, and preparing production drawings for manufacturing.
  • Focus on, prioritize, and execute multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Monitor sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction levels.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Minimum - 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputed Institution.
  • Mandatory site experience with confidence in proposed designs being easily installable at site.
  • Customer-centric approach providing solutions that are highly functional and aesthetically pleasing while keeping the customer's budget in mind.
  • Exposure to residential projects is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively construct and defend ideas, designs, and pricing. English language proficiency is mandatory, and local language knowledge is desirable.
