Job Title: Data Engineer

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced data engineer to lead the development of scalable data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines using PySpark technology.
  • Implement complex business logic utilizing Spark SQL, DataFrame, and RDD APIs.
  • Develop strong proficiency in programming skills with a focus on Python fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Gain knowledge of modern data engineering ecosystems, including distributed data processing, storage systems, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in PySpark technology.
  • Hands-on experience in building efficient and scalable data pipelines and implementing complex business logic.
  • Strong coding skills in Python with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in using Apache Airflow, dbt, Delta Lake, and other data engineering tools.
  • Experience working with cloud services and familiarity with the current data engineering landscape.
