Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Vision Engineer to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing AI models for online spectacles centration, fitting, and refraction.

The successful candidate will have expertise in AI/ML technologies, including deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI models for online spectacles centration, fitting, and refraction.
  • Develop innovative models for online visual acuity assessment, screen-based testing, or optical prescription estimation.
  • Create data-driven solutions that enhance online measurement approaches.
Data Handling & Preprocessing
  • Annotate and normalize multi-modal vision-related data for robust model training.
  • Evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of data collection methods.
Collaboration & Validation
  • Collaborate with vision science experts to ensure accuracy and reliability metrics.
  • Validate AI models through lab or clinical studies when applicable.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain proper documentation of models, data practices, and regulatory alignment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Computer Science, AI, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related fields.
Technical Skills
  • Programming: Python, OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas
  • ML/DL Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras
  • Mathematical Foundations: Linear algebra, optimization, statistical signal processing
  • Data Handling: Image/video pipeline handling, image annotation tools, real-time stream processing
  • Version Control: Git, Jupyter, API documentation best practices
