As a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting user testing sessions for mobile applications. Your tasks include developing and executing test plans, collecting and analyzing user feedback, documenting and reporting testing results, and providing recommendations for improving the user experience of mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Collect and analyze user feedback from various sources
  • Document and report testing results to stakeholders
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improving user experience
  • Work closely with developers to implement testing feedback

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, human-computer interaction, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development and user experience principles
  • Experience with user testing methods and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
