Visual Content Creator Job

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our digital team. This role involves designing visually appealing assets for digital platforms, social media, short-form videos and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging static and motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, banners, reels and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors and brand teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
  • Maintain brand guidelines, tone and visual identity across all channels.
  • Contribute to ideation sessions with visual storytelling insights and creative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital aesthetics, platform-specific formats and design trends.
  • Be agile with feedback while maintaining design quality and originality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a creative agency or digital-first brand setup.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, digital know-how and creative range.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro is a bonus).
  • Ability to work on multiple briefs simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of social media design formats, especially Instagram and YouTube.
  • Bonus: Basic motion design skills or an interest in learning.

  • Basic knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages from a design/typography standpoint is a plus.
