About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Smart Work Consultants. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our garment industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
3. Evaluate and approve suppliers based on their performance and ability to meet quality standards.
4. Train staff on quality control procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
5. Monitor supplier performance and ensure they meet quality expectations.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and process enhancements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in garment quality assurance and a Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Quality Management, or a related field. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
