Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Strategy & Execution: Define and implement best-in-class UI/UX practices to create seamless and high-impact user experiences for websites, applications, and digital campaigns.
- User-Centered Design: Conduct heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and design thinking workshops to craft intuitive and data-driven design solutions.
- End-to-End Design Process: Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and scalable design systems aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Creative Direction & Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute mood boards, storyboards, and visual assets that effectively communicate the brand and product vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketers, branding teams, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to refine design decisions and optimize UX/UI performance.
- Motion & Interactive Design: Manage motion graphics and interactive design elements to enhance user engagement.
- Innovation & AI Integration: Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, experiment with AI-driven design tools, and introduce innovative methodologies to enhance creative workflows.
- Mentorship and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team culture, and drive design excellence within the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Portfolio: 5+ years in UI/UX and visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, and user experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard tools.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and accessibility standards.
- Research & Usability Expertise: Experience in user research, usability testing, data-driven design, and heuristic evaluation s .
- Front-End Awareness: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, presenting design concepts effectively.
