Required qualifications include a Master's degree in a relevant field from a premier institution. You should have demonstrable academic excellence, strong expertise across a wide range of topics within your subject, and exceptional communication skills. Experience with teaching, content creation, or research is highly valued.

Preferred qualifications include a proven track record of producing top-ranked candidates, expertise in developing high-quality problems, and experience with AI/ML feedback. A natural ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, considering different learning styles, is essential.
